RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Personalized & made-to-order items
Because our products are personalized and made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect personalization details entered at checkout, or change of mind. Please review your personalization (spelling, dates, photos) carefully before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@honorifica.com with:
• Your order number
• A photo of the item and the issue

We'll arrange a free replacement or a refund — whichever you prefer.

Order changes & cancellations
Need to change or cancel? Email us within 12 hours of ordering. Because we start production quickly, we can't guarantee changes after that window, but we'll always do our best.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
