How do I personalize my item?
After adding an item to your cart, you'll be prompted to enter your personalization details (names, dates, or a photo). If you have a special request, email us at hello@honorifica.com and we'll do our best to accommodate it.

Will I see a proof before it's printed?
For photo and custom-text orders, we review every design for quality before printing. If we spot an issue with your submission, we'll reach out before producing your item.

How long until my order arrives?
Most orders are made and shipped within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days in the U.S. after shipping.

Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized items can't be returned for change of mind, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll replace it or refund you — just contact us within 30 days.

How do I care for my keepsake?
For mugs: dishwasher and microwave safe, though hand-washing preserves the print longest. For apparel: machine wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low.

Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! Honorifica is available to boutiques and stockists on Faire, with low minimums and fast reorders. Email wholesale@honorifica.com to learn more.
